Should I prepare a camera for the due date?

I have an ipod 7th generation, good for gaming or taking picture. It's small and light, very easy to use. The video that I took with ipod is no problem...I mean it's ok quality.
After I watched this video on youtube, I'm thinking I should prepare a good camera for my baby.

mmm soooo fun!!! The Gopro camera seems to good for taking sports video. I think it's also good for baby's exploring video.
